Hi, I have just put a deposit on a offplan villa in Dilek thermal resort, Davutlar, Kusadasi.

Some questions,

Any info and cost for furniture packs for 4 bed villa

Is plasma screens expensive, and what TV channels/sky package are available and at what cost.

Projected capital growth for 2006 and next 5 years

How good is rental in the area, how many weeks occupancy is reasonable.

How much per week average rental, Semi detached triplex, 2300 sq ft, 4 bed, 3 bathroom, open plan living, 3 balconies views over Aegean sea, 2km paradise beach, 2 swimming pools and thermal spa pools on site.

I'm afraid I can't answer most of your questions. However regarding furniture. I didn't buy any packs but went round the shops buying it myself. I spent about £3k for a 3 bed villa. All the stuff was good quality ie the more expensive beds, wooden garden furniture not plastic etc. My friend bought a pack for her 2 bed flat from the developer and paid £4K. So my feeling is do it yourself. Most places will deliver free. I did most of it in 3 days. My villa is in a different area but the capital growth (I bought it off plan) in the last year has been 40%. I'm not expecting that much in future years.
