Hello All merry christmas
here's a little idea........read on
During one of our "three" Tukish holidays this year, we got a local estate agent to show us around a few properties in the Hisoronu area (the Hisoronu-little village near to Marmaris not the other one). Although we were quite taken with the properites were out of out price range, realistically we have about £25,000 spare, which would probably jsut about get us a one bed apartment in Marmaris (Yuk)
The one we really liked was £105,000 had a pool big garden etc. and a good rental potential.
This got us thinking that is anyone else was in the same boat as us, i.e. love turkey, especially off the beaten track, have some money but not enough but who might be interested in buying a share in a property, which would generate rental income and also provide a couple of weeks holiday a year, the house would be gathering in value too so if it were to be sold then some profit would be made from that angle.

We are particularly smitten with this area but wouldnt other areas wouldnt be out of the question, also the Marmaris area is supposed to be getting all year round flights soon and a golf course
