jj have you ever thought about teaching IT ? Perhaps to the computer phobics! You'd be brilliant and so patient, well you are with me. You have given me a lot of confidence but I really don't understand much of what you type, all goes right over, you clever old b***** ;D

Yes, when we tried to sort me out with avitars we had trouble with the hotbar and Alan took it off as we had constant pop ups and Marc told Alan to run Firefox through it. Alan took the hotbar off and it is ok now, but Marc has told him to run Firefox through anyway. Don't understand any of it just repeating what was said. ;D

The other night my computer wouldn't let me shutdown and Marc told me (Alan was out) to switch it off on the computer on/off button as I had a problem but no it's certainly not recommended to do this. He told me I had to do this because it was the only way as I had a problem. What had happened was that microsoft in it's wisdom had deleted my profile and didn't recognise me when I tried to log on. All my favourites were deleted, good thing I had saved this site addresss on well I don't understand what on, Alan did it for me!Marc was able to sort it out remotely on his pc, and he switched my computer off by doing something to his computer., very clever!!!!

Yes, it certainly has been "pay back time" from the two years we kept him in Uni doing his IT course. We have had a few problems with the computer recently as you know, and now the b***** thing has deci ???ded it's best if I can't open up my e-mails so I am so sorry if anyone has sent me an e-mail can't get them back at the moment!
