try "get by in turkish" (audio CD based) it is a very good intro to the language I have tried berlitz and a couple of others but this one is the best
I bought copy off ebay for a fiver, do a search on there and you may find oenf ro sale.
I was in Amsterdam last week usd this opportunity to get a little pre turkish holiday practicce in with a waiter ina turksih restaurnat, great fun, cok iy, cok guzel, alhasmaladik
